Review Of Episodes 1 & 2

Miss Night and Day Episode 2

In Miss Night and Day’s first and second episodes, we meet our protagonist, Lee Mi-Jin, who faces a strange problem. Following an accident, Lee Mi-Jin begins transforming into her 50-year-old self at night, causing humorous challenges. We also see her on the lookout for a cat, which she suspects is causing the problem she is experiencing.

In episodes one and two, Lee Mi-Jin meets Gye Ji-Ung, a detective and former soldier. The show appears to be sowing seeds for their love story to blossom over the season.

In episode 2, the K-drama also introduces a crime thriller plot involving an axe murderer, which seems quite fascinating. However, it seems like the show is attempting to incorporate far too many genres. I’m concerned if the show will do any of these genres justice, as it seems quite loaded at this point.

Overall, episodes one and two are decent. The storyline isn’t particularly compelling at this point, and the show appears to be juggling too many genres. However, it may be too soon to predict how the show will fare moving forward. If it’s any consolation, the show does an excellent job of introducing its characters, so we’ll have to wait and watch.
